Psychology-Informed Executive Coaching

Helping ambitious professionals think more clearly, lead more intentionally, and perform sustainably.

The next level usually needs a different kind of thinking partner.

Many of the people I work with are already thoughtful, capable, and successful. They've built careers, led teams, solved complex problems, and shown up for the people around them.

But there comes a point where working harder or thinking longer isn't what moves you forward. Sometimes you're simply too close to the situation to see it clearly.

That's where coaching comes in.  Together, we slow things down, untangle what's getting in the way, and create space to think more clearly about what comes next.

MORE THAN LEADERSHIP COACHING

Where Psychology Meets Performance.

Most executive coaches are trained in leadership, business, or organizational development. My path is a bit different.

As a psychologist, I'm interested not only in what you do, but in the patterns that shape how you think, make decisions, respond under pressure, and lead others. Those patterns often become most visible at moments of growth, transition, or increased responsibility.

Coaching gives us the structure to move forward. Psychology helps us understand what's happening beneath the surface. Together, they create a thoughtful, practical approach to sustainable performance.

Common Areas of Focus

Leadership Under Pressure

How you show up when the stakes are high, the room is watching, and your calendar has no margin. We build the version of you that leads well consistently, not just when conditions are perfect.

Pacing for the Long Game

One of the most underrated leadership skills is knowing which race you're in. A sprint requires everything you have right now. A marathon requires a completely different strategy. We figure out which one you're running and whether your current pace is built to last.

The Conversations You've Been Avoiding

The feedback that hasn't been given. The boundary that keeps getting pushed. The team dynamic you've been managing around instead of through. We work on it here before it costs you more out there.

Identity Beyond the Title

What happens when you reach the goal and the feeling doesn't follow? Who are you when you step away from the achievement? This is some of the most important work a leader can do.

Decision Fatigue & Executive Clarity

When you're making consequential decisions all day, your judgment gets taxed in ways that compound quietly. We work on the mental habits and structures that keep your thinking sharp when it matters most.

Team Dynamics & Culture

Sometimes the individual work surfaces something bigger. We can extend the work to your leadership team, building the communication, trust, and shared language that makes the whole organization operate better.

What Coaching
Looks Like

Coaching is designed to create meaningful change over time rather than quick fixes. Most clients work together for three to six months, allowing enough space to build awareness, practice new approaches, and create lasting change.

Coaching can include...

Thoughtful Coaching Conversations — Regular one-on-one sessions that help you think more clearly, navigate challenges, and move intentionally toward your goals.

Putting Insight into Practice — Growth doesn't happen only during our conversations. We'll identify practical experiments, reflections, or conversations to carry the work into your everyday leadership.

Assessments (when needed) — Evidence-based psychological and leadership assessments can provide additional insight into your strengths, blind spots, communication style, and patterns.

Real World Application — When appropriate, coaching can extend beyond the office through leadership observations, team consultations, or organizational partnerships.
