Psychology that Moves the Room.

Dr. Lindsey O'Brennan brings the same research background and clinical depth that informs her therapy and coaching work into workshops, consulting engagements, and speaking opportunities for schools, universities, and organizations.

This is psychology made practical — designed to translate insight into action for the people and teams doing the hard work of showing up every day.

SPEAKING & WORKSHOPS

Dr. Lindsey designs and delivers interactive workshops and presentations for a wide range of audiences — from corporate teams to school communities to professional conferences. Topics are grounded in research and adapted to the specific needs and goals of each audience.

Common workshop topics include:

• Stress, burnout, and sustainable performance
• Anxiety and mental health in high-achieving environments
• Building resilience and psychological flexibility
• Emotional intelligence and difficult conversations
• Psychological safety, team morale, and culture
• Leadership under pressure and decision fatigue
• Staff development and motivation
• Mindfulness and emotional regulation
• Positive psychology in the workplace or classroom
• Parent education on teen mental health and adolescent development

Workshops range from focused lunch-and-learns to half-day intensives to keynote presentations. Whether the audience is a leadership team, a full staff, or a conference room full of strangers, the content is designed to land — not just inform.

Systemic Change Starts with the Right Framework.

Beyond single workshops, Dr. Lindsey partners with schools, districts, and organizations on longer-term consulting engagements — helping teams build programs, strengthen culture, develop staff capacity, and integrate evidence-based practices into the way they operate day to day.

The throughline across every engagement: when people understand themselves and each other better, teams function better, culture improves, and the work becomes more sustainable.

School-based consulting has included designing and delivering SEL curriculum, facilitating staff professional development on mental health and student wellness, and supporting program evaluation. Dr. Lindsey currently serves as a consultant on a University of South Florida research grant focused on school safety and threat management.

Organizational consulting has included employee wellness programming, leadership development, team morale and culture initiatives, and customized staff training for corporate teams navigating stress, growth, or transition.

All engagements begin with a brief discovery conversation to ensure fit and scope.
